MY DESIGN JOURNEY

My design journey began over twenty years ago at Country Road as a Product Manager, where my passion for colour, texture, and design truly developed. Pursuing this passion further, I completed a diploma in Interior Decorating at RMIT, and then spent four years working with mentor Alison Pye an invaluable experience that helped shape my skills and refine my aesthetic.

Since establishing Bufé Design in 2014, I’ve been dedicated to creating warm, refined spaces that enhance the lives of my clients. Whether it’s a home, retail space, or commercial fit-out, my approach always centres on understanding your needs and crafting interiors that feel timeless, thoughtful, and uniquely yours

This modern, relaxed family home in Malvern, with open spaces, concrete floors, floor to ceiling windows, is surrounded by an ever green garden and ivy clad walls. The olive green front door sets the tone for entering the home. The liberal use of concrete not only provides a sculptural strength and a seamless backdrop but also ensures a greater thermal mass.
